Furr, the Furrget otter, waving

Remember what was said, not what you assumed.

Furrget records meetings, classes and videos on your computer and turns them into English notes. Every point shows the line it came from, said in Indonesian, English, or both in one sentence. For meetings, the minutes go on your own Word template.

Needs a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) on macOS 14.2 Sonoma or later. On an older macOS, update for free in Software Update (in System Settings, or System Preferences on macOS 12 and earlier).

8 GB Macs work: at setup Furrget checks your Mac and suggests your own Groq key if transcription on it would be slow.

Bring your own AI engine: your API key, Claude Code, Codex or a local model.

The work is agreed in meetings. Too much of it is lost after.

Whether you sell, manage accounts, run projects or lead a team, the things that matter are said out loud: what the client asked for, what you promised, who owns the next step.

Writing it all down while staying present in the conversation is hard. So the follow-up comes from memory, and memory fills the gaps with assumptions. That is how a deadline drifts, a scope grows, or a promise to a client goes missing.

We built Furrget so you can give the conversation your full attention. Afterwards you get minutes on your own template, and every point shows the moment it was said. If Furr can't find the line, the point doesn't make it in.

Furrget TeamWho builds Furrget

P.S. Note-taking intelligence should be for everyone, without worrying where your meetings go. Furrget runs on your computer, with the AI you already use. If you'd rather we run it for you, or your team needs one shared workspace, those will be plans you choose, never the price of keeping your meetings private.

From the call to your template

Four steps, and you only take part in the first and the last.

  1. Record

Furrget listens through your microphone and your computer's audio. No bot joins the call, and you stay in the conversation.

  2. Transcribe on your computer

Whisper transcribes while you talk, on your own computer. Indonesian and English in the same sentence is normal.

  3. Furr checks every point

The AI engine you chose drafts the notes. Furr checks each point against the transcript and leaves out what it can't find.

  4. Placed on your template

You edit, then export. The checked points land on your own Word template as .docx, .pdf or .md.

A memory across every meeting

Meetings stay on your computer, grouped by project. Ask one meeting, a project, or all of them. Answers quote their sources with the minute, and Furr checks each sentence before you rely on it.

What did I promise this week?

From 2 meetings

You made three promises in the last 7 days, all in Acme rollout meetings:

  1. Confirm who signs off the data migration plan, by Thursday 1 October. Partner onboarding call, 12:48
  2. Review Rina's revised rollout timeline before it goes to the partner. Partner onboarding call, 07:30
  3. Prepare the pricing questions before the vendor demo. Vendor demo prep, 11:20

Checked by Furr. Each sentence matches its sources.

Not only meetings

A class or a video playing on your computer can become notes you can trace back to what was said.

  • Client calls and team meetings

Decisions and actions with their owners and due dates, each point checked against what was said, written up as minutes on your own template.

  • Classes and recorded lectures

    Study notes: coming

Record a class or import a lecture file, and Furr checks each key point against what was said. Notes made for studying, like a cheatsheet, are coming.

  • Videos you learn from

    Study notes: coming

Play a talk or a tutorial on your computer while Furrget records the sound, then keep the points worth remembering, each with its moment.

What stays, and what leaves

In this beta there is no account and no server of our own. Nothing from your meetings leaves your computer until you agree to where it goes.

Use the AI you already have

Furrget doesn't sell you a model. Point it at the engine you already pay for, or one that runs on your own computer, and switch whenever you like.

Download the beta

Furrget is in open beta on macOS. In this beta you bring your own AI engine: your own API key, Claude Code, Codex or a local model.
