Privacy
Furrget has no account and no server of its own. There are two places where we hold anything about you, this website and the beta waitlist, and this page covers both. It also lists everything the app can send off your computer, and when.
- This website
- No cookies, no analytics, no ad trackers.
- The waitlist
- Your email, the page language and the time you joined. Used only for your beta invite.
- The app
- Your meetings stay on your computer. Text leaves only for the engines you choose and agree to.
Who we are
Furrget is made by Klora Labs. We decide what happens to the details you give us on this site, and we answer for them under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).
Write to support@furrget.app about anything on this page.
The beta waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we keep three things:
- your email address,
- the language of the page you joined from, English or Indonesian,
- the date and time you joined.
We use them only to send your beta invite and messages about your access to the beta. We don't send a newsletter, and we never sell your email or give it to anyone else for their own use.
You give your consent when you submit the form, and you can take it back at any time.
The list is kept in Cloudflare D1, a database Cloudflare runs for us. Cloudflare may store and process it outside Indonesia.
We keep your entry until the closed beta ends, then delete it. If you ask sooner, we delete it sooner.
This website
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers.
Cloudflare serves it. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and to block attacks. We add nothing on top of that.
If you switch between light and dark, the choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
The Furrget app
The app has no account and talks to no server of ours. Recordings, transcripts, notes, minutes and settings stay in a folder on your computer, and nothing syncs. The app sends no analytics and no crash reports.
Nothing from a meeting leaves until you agree to where it goes. This is everything that can leave your computer, and when:
The AI engine you choose
What it receivesThe text it needs to write: transcript lines, your typed notes and attendee names for the notes; the first minutes of the transcript for a title; Furr's checked points for the summary; your question and the best-matching passages in Ask.
Only whenYou set up that engine and agree to it. Claude Code and Codex run on your computer under your own account and pass the text to Anthropic or OpenAI; Command Code and your own endpoint receive it directly. A local model keeps it on your computer.
One checking model
What it receivesTo check a point: the point, the transcript lines around the lines it cites, and the people it could name as owner. To place a point on your template: the point and its heading. In Ask: your question, the passages that might answer it, then each sentence of the answer with the passages it cites.
Only whenYou agree to it, for every meeting that isn't Confidential. It is separate from the AI that writes.
Groq
What it receivesThe meeting audio, in chunks.
Only whenYou choose Groq for transcription instead of Whisper on your computer.
ElevenLabs (United States)
What it receivesThe meeting audio, to name each speaker. By default ElevenLabs may use uploads to train its models.
Only whenYou turn on speaker names with ElevenLabs. It is off unless you turn it on.
GitHub
What it receivesA request for the latest version number. Nothing about your meetings; GitHub sees your IP address, as any website would.
Only when30 seconds after launch, then every 6 hours and when your computer wakes. A new version downloads only when you agree.
Hugging Face
What it receivesA download of the speech model. Nothing about your meetings; Hugging Face sees your IP address, as any website would.
Only whenOnce, while you set up transcription.
Confidential meetings. Mark a meeting Confidential and only engines on your computer run for it: Whisper transcribes it, a local model writes, and nothing goes to Groq, ElevenLabs or the checking model. Its points are marked unchecked. Ask leaves out the checking model whenever a Confidential meeting is among the sources, and sends Confidential passages only to a local model.
The engines you choose handle what they receive under their own terms, so read them before you pick one.
Your rights
Under UU PDP you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent. For the waitlist, that is one email address and two details about it.
Write to support@furrget.app from the address you joined with and tell us what you want. We act on it within 3 × 24 hours and reply when it's done.
Meetings in the app are on your computer, not with us, so you delete them yourself, in the app or in its folder.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
